Please fill out the form below completely and send it to us to cancel or return the order of the products you have purchased from our store.
Order cancellation will be evaluated as soon as possible and you will be returned to you.
Cancellation and returns
Cancel an online order:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn't end until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.
Return your order:
Once you’ve confirmed you would like to cancel your order, it will be your responsibility to return the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product directly to the seller.
The goods be return to the Seller's address in their original packaging, securely wrapped including the delivery receipt.

The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the confirmed cancellation.
Getting a refund:
A refund will be made within 14 days of the buyer taking the goods back or the buyer providing proof of the goods being returned, whichever is the sooner. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
